PRE-ORDER
1) DEPOSIT - Confirm Booking

Kitchenaid Mixer : RM200.00/unit
FULL PAYMENT is expected within 30 days after items reaches Malaysia or the item will be released for sale and deposit will be forfeited.
We will notify the arrival of items
(For each online banking payment, we advice you to print out your copy of payment for future review).
2) ORDER CONFIRMATION is strictly upon receiving deposit. Deposit payment are NON-refundable if order is canceled by buyer.
3) ITEM SOLD are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions.
4) The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to Port Klang is End of June 2014. This is just estimation given by the shipping company. Cargo shipping deal is a little bit unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time.

No Warranty - tapi kami boleh bagi warranty manufacture (setahun). Setiap pembelian akan disertakan gift resit. So, kalau rosak, customer kena deal sendiri dengan Kitchenaid. Resit jaga sendiri.
7) DELIVERY @ PICK UP OPTIONS

Penghantaran akan dilakukan selepas pembayaran disahkan.
Kos penghantaran : RM30.00 - RM50.00, bergantung kepada saiz, berat & lokasi penghantaran.
